Implementation Unit

Under the general guidance of the Supervisory Board (presently the Steering Committee) and supported by the proposed Consultative Council, the Implementation Unit (IU) will be responsible for the realisation of the project.

The IU will basically direct, supervise and control all project activities during the implementation period. Part of the services may be sub-contracted, leaving the IU with the remaining activities and the supervision of the contracts.
